Directions :
Add 1 tbsp your bath (bucket/bathtub) and bathe as usual
OR
Use as a light scrub on the body, leave on for 5-7 mins and rinse off
OR
For aching feet, add 1 spoon to warm water and soak for 10 - 15 mins
Storage: Do not leave the lid open. Store in a cool and dry place.
